At Retroid Pocket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming experience. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your device to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the handheld console, including all original accessories, manuals, and cables, in the original product box to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and hardware integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
